I am 32 years old mom of three kids ages 6,4,1.5 we live in qatar as here house are expensive we live in a house where many family lives side by side my kids make noise while playing and crying this is disturbing neighbors as well as they are not listening to any thing this makes issues with my husband too plzzz I can't control myself as iam feeling lonely and crying all the time plzz suggest me something as I am breastfeeding mom my weight also increasing as I am not having food properly 😭
