I am 32 years old and my period is not regular… like my cycle is now 36 days before it was 28-29 days. Is it concerning?

Ma’am generally in this is the period cycle is proper as you mentioned it should be 27 to 28 days of time but if it is now 36 days or more like if it is happening for some months now then you can check with your doctor it could be due to disturbance and hormones and these days women are actually reaching Perimenopause very early sometimes it could be associated with that also
