Sorry we don’t recommend you to take laxatives without your doctors consultation because you’re pregnant otherwise I would have suggested you of course but not in case you have to talk to your doctor for whom remedies of course I would recommend that you should apply castor oil in your navel that will help in better digestion and easy motion and start the day with a glass of warm water
