Q.

I am 3 months postpartum. Sometimes I have discomfort during passing stool. And also feel a little discomfort in my vaginal muscles during sneezing also. Will it recover? Is it normal in the postpartum period?

A. After delivery you should have more of easy to Digest food and adequate water intake to maintain proper hydration as you are breastfeeding and most of your water content goes through it Avoid taking food which causes constipation and include more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective

A. You should do Keagle exercises as sometimes it can happen due to losing into the vagina area as well as into the uterus area but mostly into the vagina area so you should do it exercise twice in a day for at least a month that is going to help apart from that do check with your gynaecologist as well
