A. you get ultrasound. it's important to focus of a healthy diet. you can add paneer, dahi, ghee, beans, fresh fruits and cereals. no harm. always involve your primary physician too in diet plan to get first hand advice and better outcome.

A. If it is positive need not worry every pregnant woman will not have the symptoms . Have the regular check up eat the healthy food and drink plenty of water

A. hello not that everyone will have symptoms and of result is positive then fine and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
