RashmiMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl6 hours agoA. Medicines are advisable to be taken but those are meant to be approved by your gynaecologist only that is what you can take because the doctors do not advise you take any medicine in pregnancy for stomach pain so please check with your doctor
