I am 29 years old. I had my second delivery before 6 months and i gained lot of weight.. from yesterday I feel pain like wound in my rectal area above anus hole. before 2 days i feel itchy and i scratched that place and now i feel pain just above the hole. what is the reason? I am so afraid. when the pain will go?

A. it may be fistula. You should have proper consultation with your treating doctor or surgeon , as some examination or investigations may be needful, so that proper medications can be given And the treatment can be done very properly.
