Q.

I am 27 week pregnant ....my sleep is disturbed I get only 4-5 hour sleep at night..what can I do now

A. see its ok to lose sleep in pregnancy but you must try yo get over. cut on screen time and eat light. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

A. I would request you to make sure that you are not taking very long afternoon naps and secondly they should be taken in the early afternoon not in the late evening try to go for a small walk before going to bed at night
