Q.

I am 26 years old, but my weight is just 39kgs. and my body muscle is reducing. I have done thyroid testing and some other testing but no issues can be found. How can I increase my weight ?

A. Hi mom Eat all that you cook for your family. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur diet for weight gain. Drink banana shake daily two times a day.
