Q.
i am 26 year 1week phle mujhe loose motion hue maine medicine li thik ho hya .... but mujhe avi tk khuch khana khaya nhi jata .. vomit sa lgta h .. thora masala wala kha leti hu toh fir loose motion hone lgte h .. i feel weak... mai 2roti v nhi kha paa rhi ..plz suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite .
supportive treatment is very necessvary where proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along with that prvobiotic can be given like enterogermina or econorm in a proper dose .
Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .
