I am 25 years old mom for two kids . My first baby 2.5 years old and second baby 1 year two c section now my weight is 87 kgs please give my food chart I want to lose weight I am from Nagercoil tamilnadu.please refer dietician in my place

A. ok exercises for losing weight b v Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hi parent please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please take one bowl of salad before taking meals please do some exercise and yoga for one hour daily please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
