Q.

I am 25 years old I have got my frst dose of vaccine on 6th May but I am still breastfeeding my baby he is 1yr 4 months old I have a doubt now should I continue breastfeeding him or no. I am in a very big confusion.

A. according to current guidelines it is not advisable to take vaccination against covid for pregnant breastfeeding mothers ahhnd young children you need to wait till the guidelines are updated . . . . . .

A. Well In the first place you should not have taken this vaccination it is not under the government protocols for a feeding mother to go for this vaccination but since you have already had it or you do not feed your child at least for a week to 10 days because the symptoms in the side-effect take about 10 days to show and he completely other than that if you can continue breastfeeding your child or not that your paediatrician only can tell you the best
