Q.

I am 24 years old. and now i am pregnant (3months ). it's my 2nd pregnancy. my blood group is O-ve. today i tested my thyroid level. TSH is 0.01. so how can i change my routines. and how it's became normal level?

A. Eat more fibre rich fruits and vegetables reduce your dairy intake and soya less in diet go for daily walks and avoid stress take good sleep atleast of 8 hours take care and be safe
