Q.

I am 22 years old and I have a baby girl of 2years6 months old when I was 11 years of age I had the problem of pcod and till today I am suffering from this after showing many doctors and taking many medicines my problem is not slove what to plz suggest me and now in recent ultrasound I have 11.8cc in right ovary and 17cc in left ovary what to do now.....plzzz help...

A. pc o d is mostly related to your hormones So the best way to keep hormones P balance is to avoid stress by doing meditation. And having regular exercise along with daily walking or jogging.
