I am 22 weeks pregnant. My entire stomach feels tight, sometimes I feel a pulling sensation. Is this due to gas or constipation? Or is there another problem?

A. hello this can also be due to the expansion of uterus since u are a expecting mom n is better to have a physical examination which can help to know the proper cause
