#asktheexperts I am 30 weeks pregnant and my stomach feels tight sometimes , also I have pain in my pelvic area. is this normal?

A. You might be experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions, which are mild contractions usually felt at any time during pregnancy. Is there any vaginal discharge which might be causing the pain that you were talking about ?
