Q.
I am 22 weeks pregnant, in my first trimester I haven't had morning sickness but I am feeling nauseated, feel like food is just sitting in a throat , bloated and uncomfortable in stomach from last 4 days. why am I feeling like this. Should I have to be worried?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear! It is a normal finding. Take small frequent meals to aid in better digestion. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Go for a walk after meals. If the problem is severe better consult your doctor for further assistance.
