Q.

I am 20 week 5 days pregnant. my quadrupled marker test is showing that there is high risk of down syndrom..it is written in form of ratio like 1:195 what does it mean.i am attaching my report .please tell me is it showing that baby have down syndrom..?

A. yes the report is indicating positive down syndrome so it would be better to consult with your doctor about all the details and not to continue with the pregnancy as the baby is not having any chance to be normal after delivery
