Q.
I am 2 months pregnant. I have an ovarian cyst plus a fibroid too. I am regularly consulting my gynae. she advised me to take a tablet of folic acid and susten sr 200. I don't milk products. I feel like vomiting. Can I use Bournvita or something like so that there would be a regular milk intake.

U can also take different milkshakes like apple banana mango strawberry etc. Or u can add dry fruits powder in milk to make it a healthy option to drink take care
