Q.

I am 18 weeks pregnant. I have not gained even a single pound weight so far. Is it a matter of cpncern??

A. Hi This is very normal Usually females do not gain weight in the 1st trimester. slowly start gaining weight from 5th month onwards. So relax. take proper home cooked foods. avoid junk, & packaged foods.
