have enough water intake , less water intake especially in summer season could cause imbalance in the way body responds to change in the weather.
eat nutrious meals. avoid processed and packaged foods.
limit consumption of salty and fried foods.
have summer drinks like coconut water , buttermilk, kokum water , aam Panna, saunf water.
include seasonal fruits and vegetables which are hydrating and light on stomach.

firstly since your baby has completed one year try to reduce the breast feed and stop it gradually. Give five solid feed to baby and you can start with normal milk once or twice in day.
Have a healthy diet food like fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid quite like water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juice made at home and keep yourself hydrated. Include buttermilk in every day drink which is good for low BP. Start doing yoga which is good to keep yourself fit post delivery.
