Q.

I am 15 weeks pregnant and I am not feeling hungry. I am not able to eat food how to make food aversion easy?

A. It happens in first trimester so you can chew done fennel after meals and include Vitamin C rich fruits and have coconut water and eat as per your liking and take small meals instead of 3 big meals

A. in first trimester is not compulsory to eat a lots of food bt u have to eat thoes food your body desire, if u have no desire to eat food then u can take fruits juice.
