i am 14 weeks now.i have severe acid reflix and burp since day 1

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist10 months agoA. Namaste Mam, This is quite common in pregnancy , so as the foetus grows it tend to constrict the other organs around and mostly effects the stomach, so have small meals, avoid much of acidic foods

It is absolutely normal to have these problems in pregnancy.Try having short frequent small meals .Hydration is important so have small sips of water throughout the day.Eat only what you feel like eating and dont force yourself with any food.Do consult your gynecologist and take safe drugs as prescribed by them to reduce these symptoms.
