i am 13 weeks pregnant and I had constipation and from last night I have got light bleeding?? how to deal with this

Consult your gynaecologist because sometimes the blood could be due to if it’s happening in your motion that is due to constipation but generally bleeding is happening then it’s not a good sign and it’s a very early pregnancy you should actually be visiting your Dr
