Q.

I am 1 Month 27 Days old girl baby mother she is not sleeping in the night from 11.00 pm to 6.00 am and also she cries a lot in the night is there any problem and she sleeps well in the morning even didn't getting up for feeding

A. Hello mom the sleep pattern tend to change and vary among babies some sleep more in the day time and not in night or vice versa,. The cry can be due to hunger or discomfort as such or say even due to colic pain as well which quite common among babies.

Q. #asktheexpert how to change the baby sleep schedule? my daughter used to sleep at 12:00-1:00 in the night and have good sleep till morning 10:00 - 11:00. But from last 1.5 months she is sleeping around 3:30-4:00 and waking up around 1:30-2:30. So here entire schedule is getting messed up.
