I afraid of delivery any tips to change that mindset

A. Ma’am it is completely normal there is no problem in you being scared because everybody is scared of a delivery whether it is normal or C-section because you are going to be a lot of pain but I think the joy of being a mother or having a child ultimately in your hand the child you will be able to see gives you all the strength and courage so just trust yourself trust your God and go for it
