Hello ma’am See right now I don’t think so any expert over the panel is available to answer the question so I can just tell you with my personal experience even if he is given a little more of paracetamol to a child it is not going to affect the child in any manner just that maybe your child will sleep for a little longer duration nothing else apart from that still if you have any doubt relating to this then you can consult your paediatrician tomorrow in the morning otherwise you can post your query once again tomorrow so that whenever a doctor or an expert is over here they will take up your query
