Hy doctor, I’m the mother of Riya 1yr 10mnths baby. She is super active but the only problem is with food. She eats all kind of fruits and snacks. But from two days back she stopped totally eating rice. Directly she saying no to rice. And she won’t eat even a little spicy food any spicy even snack with bit spicy she says no. How will I get her to eat spicy food and any thing to change in food habits?
