To loose weight start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to shed extra kilos from your body..u can also do jogging cycling.
Drink warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat.
Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food..
Do not skip any meal..
Have light dinner like veggies sprouts soup fruits etc.. Have dinner two hours before bedtime to increase metabolism. Take care
