A. Dear mum, for healthy growth of your baby, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give all family foods. You can give eggs and non veg foods like chicken, fish, meat. Add nuts like almonds and dry fruits like dates, raisins to baby’s diet. At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Continue to breastfeed till 2 years.
