This test is negative but if you haven’t with your previous till now then I think it would be good for you to consult your doctor they may have to do an ultrasound to know what is the reason that is nothing it is just a hormonal imbalance and sometimes it could be due to other issues also so just be on the safer side I think it would be good to consult a gynaecologist
