Hownto control the cravings? Although I exercise, sometimes I overeat. How to control it?

A. Hello dear parent! Keep yourself engaged. Cravings are mostly psychological and has nothing to do with hunger. Just take a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Be patient and persistent in your efforts.
