Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually babies will be very fussy if the breast milk is not sufficient you have to balance everything and also you have to count the number of pee baby does and also you baby will have a good sleep usually baby will be very Frank if the milk is not sufficient you can express your milk and check
