how will I know my baby is gaining weight everyone says she is not gaining weight

A. dear mum , after birth there is wt loss , baby shd regain birth wt by 14 days after that baby shd gain about 700 - 800 gm per mth in the first 2 mths . the wt shd b monitored at the clinic during routine visit or at the anganwadi / health centre
