To save from virus, boost the immunity of ur child.. Strong immunity helps to fight with infection.. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to boost immunity.
Give fruits rich in vitamin C to boost immunity like lemon ornage mausambi pineapple lemon kiwi strawberry guava etc.
Give chayawamprash to boost immunity.
Put the habit of washing hands properly.
Wear mask while going out.
