it is important that it you have to offer different recipes and flavours made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to improve the weight and height of the child

Well See the height and the jeans are very much correlated it completely depends on the genetics of the child of the parent sort all the child will definitely be tall but what is most important is that from the very beginning whenever you introducing semisolid food to the child you should give proper diet to the baby that only helps in the long run for a proper weight gain as well as height and growth of the body
