A. Hello good evening !! Protein,high calorie foods increase weight. Milk and diary products,dals(lentils), Beans,dry fruits, Idly,ragi,egg, meat,fish, soya and fruits and vegetables (banana, apple, carrot, potato , jaggery/sugar,rice sweets high in calories increase weight.
