A. Namaste Mom , As by now the toddler can be gven regular family foods as such inlcude foods such as eggs if preffered , panner, ghee, milk, fruit shakes can also be made such as with avacado , mango , banana, chikku etc , dals, rice, roti, millets such as jowar, bajra, ragi, dry fruits and seeds

A. hello make sure ti give a healthy n nutritious well bakanced food in the diet n include banana avacado potato sweet poatato ragi egg whuch are all healthy n nutritiois n good for baby growtg
