ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. you can take 2 to 3 times in a day You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days. And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself.

You can take them two times in the day one time after breakfast and one time in the evening or after dinner whatever is more comfortable for you whatever you are taking whichever medicine kindly check with your doctor if there is any other number of times that you wanna take it or have to take it mostly just two times in the day
