How to understand whether my 3 month old baby girl is having acid reflux or colic pain.

Due to acid reflux kids usually vomit a lot they do not vomit when they have stomach pain and stomach becomes really very hard during that time which is why you can easily discriminate between two situations and in case of any doubt you can check with your doctor in fact due to stomach pain also kids completely refuse to take the feed that you are giving and the stomach becomes very hard
