How to understand that breastmilk is sufficient for my child??? & How to understand that my baby had a tummy full feeding? Because my baby doesn't even cry even if she is hungry while sleeping....

A. See if you want to check the breastfeeding is enough or not for your child then that please check how much weight is your child gain if your child is exclusive breastfeeding a minimum gain should be 500 g even that is the same for child is gaining it this way then that means it’s fine and if the child is sleeping or is full for at least two or three hours minimum minimum after taking a feeding from you then that’s a good and healthy
