how to treat umbilical granulomas at home for 2 years old ,he doesn't have fever nor any pain .it bleed sometime as spotting

DR VIJAYA KATTIMANIMom of 2 children3 years agoA. UMBILICAL GRANULOMA 1. SILVER NITRATE CREAM CAN BE APPLIED 2.IF INFECTIOUS,GIVE ANTIBIOTICS AS PRESCRIBED BY DOCTOR. 3.SALT WATER PINCH CAN BE APPLIED 1-2 TIMES A DAY TILL REDUCE IN SIZE. 4.IT IS NOT DANGEROUS UNTIL GET'S INFECTED
