Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually in this case you have to maintain very hygiene and keep your baby hydrated well use a very mild baby products always give good oil massaging use cotton wear cloth use the baby cloth was separately using a pinch of dettol in it luke warm water
