A. hi. due to fever dehydration occurs and leads to less urine output. give lots of breast milk to your child, offer other healthy fluids too. all the very best

A. Try to give more n more liquid to your baby either through breastfeeding or formula milk,you can go for fresh coconut water as well (little amount many times) or to prevent your baby from dehydration you can go for respool help baby to recover as well quickly ( Enterogermina).
