I got constipation problem in 4th month.my gyenic prescribed duphalac syrup but it didn't work. tried everything drinking more water,eating banana, eating fibre rich food everything but no result. another problem is we should be very careful in washroom bcoz we should not put pressure in pelvic area but we have to do it with no choice.please be careful and once consult your gyenic about this.she may suggest you something bcoz she is the only one who knows completely about your pregnancy

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. adequate water to drink all types of fruits and vegetables bhfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
