A. Eating a variety of seeds like pumpkin, flax, chia, sunflower, sesame, and watermelon seeds is great for overall health. Here’s how you can include them in your diet and in what portion: 1. Recommended Daily Portion You can consume about 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 grams) of mixed seeds daily. 2. Best Ways to Eat Seeds Raw or Roasted: Lightly roast seeds (without oil) for better taste. With Breakfast: Add to oatmeal, yogurt, smoothies, or cereal. In Salads: Sprinkle over salads for crunch and nutrition. With Rotis or Rice: Add powdered seeds to roti dough, curries, or rice dishes. Seed Mix: Make a homemade trail mix with nuts and dried fruits. As a Drink: Soak chia or flaxseeds in water overnight and drink in the morning. 3. How Often to Take? Daily: You can take a mix of seeds every day in small portions. Flaxseeds & Chia Seeds: Best to take 1 tbsp per day as they are rich in fiber and omega-3. Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds: 1-2 tbsp, 3-4 times a week is good for immunity and hair health. Sesame Seeds: Twice a week (rich in calcium, best for winters). Let me know if you need specific health benefits or seed combinations!
