mam,first stop judging or labelling your child.
tackle this phase very calmly and tactfully.
offer choice but don't give too many choices to your child.
for example.
instead of asking which t-shirt he or she wants to wear?
you can ask which colored ,red or green t-shirt he/she want to wear ?
please don't argue with your child.
and don't preach your child all the time.
sometimes let your child learn by own.
