How to stop this hairfall problem after pregnancy. My wife has this problem alot.

A. After delivery, it us common to have hairfall due to lot of hormonal changes. To reduce it, she should include protein and vitamin rich foods and keep herself well hydrated with variety of fluids. Massage the scalp with mild oil like coconut, olive or almond oil once and week and wash with sulphate free shampoo. She should not use heat and chemical treatments and comb wet hair. Applying onion juice once a week before 30-45 minutes of washing will help too.
