how to stop night feeding?

A. To wean the night feeding, Feed the baby with solid food around 7or 8 pm. Prevent him from taking evening naps. Let his tummy be full and let him get tired. Then give him a good massage, change to his night clothes, play a soothing music, dim the lights and let him doze off to sleep slowly. Try to soothe him by rubbing his back, cuddling him. Or try letting him sleep with his dad, so that he will not be reminded about breast feeding by seeing you. If u think the baby will be hungry, wake him in between and feed formula. Or if the baby is more than a year old, then u can feed cows milk late night and early morning
