A. Hi Baby eating floor, Waal, dust or any inedible thing means child has a deficiency of one or more vitamin minerals This needs to be checked in person, so Consultant your paediatrician . give nutritious diet rich in green vegetables, fruits, nuts like Almond cashews dates walnuts.
